Hi Tom,
I am very impressed with my new TEN ZERO 9mm gloves and do not regret my purchase in the least. They are worth every penny! In the harsh winter of Northern Ontario, Canada, these gloves offer great protection from the cold without any bulk, making it easier to write with gloves on. That being said, the gloves breathable materials also provide exceptional comfort, even after wearing them for extended periods of time inside the warm patrol car. It's amazing, my hands don't get cold when it's cold and don't get warm when it's warm. On another note, when frisk searching a suspect, I found that the TEN ZERO 9mm gloves offer much more dexterity and ability to feel for objects compared to other search gloves while still providing some type of protection. Before my purchase of the TEN ZERO 9mm gloves, I already owned two pairs of Kevlar/Spectra lined search gloves but they were so uncomfortable that I was reluctant to wear any gloves at all during my shift. Now, with my new TEN ZERO 9mm gloves, I wear them on patrol all the time so that when things get ugly I already have them on.

Soooooo what your gloves have been up to lately...... They began November Duck hunting in Southern IL, Temps in the upper 30's to 40's. Very nice indeed. Reloading shells into shotgun and working the weapon and it's controls was just a non-issue! Good grip and dexterity.
End of Nov-through Dec- Pheasant hunting. Temps in 20's with wind chills in the teens. After a few minutes of walking, hands and fingers were manageable. Not a lot of discomfort.
New Years Day-Pheasant hunting. Air temp 9 degrees, windchills negative teens. With hands in the wind, fingertips cold, uncomfortable. Pretty extreme conditions. Facing out of wind, my hands were fine!!!!! Very impressive.
Construction feedback: The only thing I'd like to see in the future would be an electrical conductive tip in the first finger, so working the mouse pad of in-squad computers is possible. Should that be cost prohibitive ( your price vs. quality are unsurpassed), Perhaps a stitch re-enforced area that the end usercould slit in order to 'poke' his finger out and use it for this function, or for those who prefer finger to trigger contact.
